25 Years of Creation!

6 April 2020 marks 25 years since the day when the CEO of Zavod Izolyator LLC, Dr. Alexander Slavinsky headed the enterprise.

The young, energetic leader in the difficult conditions of the 1990s immediately took a firm course towards the powerful and steady development of the Izolyator plant.

It takes time to simply list those comprehensive qualitative transformations through which the enterprise has successfully passed over the quarter century.

Among the most ambitious ones are a major reconstruction of the plant at its Moscow site, the consistent transfer of the entire range of high-voltage bushings to new progressive types of insulation, the record-breaking construction of a high-tech production facility in the Moscow region, the emergence of Izolyator as a world leader in the production of modern high-voltage insulating equipment, creation of a Russian-Indian joint venture, practical contribution to the development of DC power systems, expansion of the scope of products application using advanced technologies in the energy sector, diversification of production and much, much more ...

Today, Izolyator is a reliable partner and official supplier of the largest Russian and foreign energy companies and power equipment OEMs. The plant is a member and the base enterprise of such authoritative organizations in electrical engineering as the International Council on Large Electric Systems (CIGRE), the Academy of Electrical Sciences of the Russian Federation, the International Association on transformers, high voltage equipment, electrical ceramics and other spare parts and materials (TRAVEK).

All those are the natural results of the 25-year journey under the leadership of Alexander Slavinsky with the support of like-minded colleagues, unconditional trust and true respect of the entire staff. The results of conceptual thinking for the future, a clear vision of strategic goals, the ability to concentrate on the key things, the ability to inspire and lead people.
