Russian-Turkish meeting of experts in the field of high-voltage insulating equipment

On November 17, 2023, the Izolyator Group received a visit of management representatives of the Turkish enterprise — manufacturer of porcelain insulators Ankara Seramik A.Ş.

Ankara Seramik A.Ş. is the largest factory producing electro porcelain insulators in Turkey. The company produces and supplies a wide range of insulators produced at low, medium and high voltage levels. Product compliance with national and international standards is checked in its own High Voltage Experiment Laboratory. The company also has a strong R&D Center. Ankara Keramik A.S. exports its products to dozens of countries. The factory is located at the Sincan Organized Industrial Zone.

The sides had talks followed by a tour of the Izolyator-VV Production Complex for high-voltage bushings, the Izolyator-AKS high-voltage cable accessories plant and the corporate museum.

At the negotiations, in which the head of Izolyator Group Alexander Slavinsky took part, a strategy for building and developing cooperation was discussed, taking into account the latest trends in the development and production of high-voltage insulation equipment. Regional markets where such interaction has the greatest opportunities were also considered.

During a tour to Izolyator-VV Production Complex, representatives of Ankara Seramik A.Ş. got acquainted in detail with various types of internal and external insulation of high-voltage bushings, including the most advanced moisture-resistant RIN insulation, and with the technological cycle of bushing manufacturing in general.

At the Izolyator-AKS Plant, the guests received a good understanding of the design of various types of cable accessories produced by the enterprise, as well as the most advanced technological equipment used in the production and testing process.

Representatives of Ankara Seramik A.Ş. showed great interest in a visit to the museum of Izolyator Group, where exhibits and multimedia materials depicted the century-old history of the enterprise, its past and latest achievements.
